Description : Participez aux activités de l'association, rencontrez, partagez et évoluez !

Mettre son temps au service des autres est une chose gratifiante surtout lorsque ce qu'on organise se déroule bien et qu'on a de bons retours !

Plusieurs projets de Zikapanam recherche actuellement leur(s) organisateur(s) !

Les besoins pour être organisateur :

  • Être bon communicant
  • Être organisé et rigoureux
  • Être fiable
  • Disposer de temps et de motivation

Si vous cochez tous ces points, nous pourrons évoluer ensemble, prendre en compétence, pour satisfaire la communauté.

Voici les besoins en terme de volontaires :

  • leaders de collectif et référents
  • Organisateurs de soirées concerts
  • Organisateurs de jams
  • Projet live streaming sur internet (vidéastes, musiciens, coordinateur/organisateur ... )

Nous parlons ici de volontaires et bénévoles de l'association Zikapanam

Notes : Je vous confirme ma détermination à poursuivre ces projets cependant si nous voulons être réaliste, mon action est limité dans le temps et je suis déjà fort occupé par la gestion quotidienne de MIP et PJC et les projets dont j'ai la charge au sein de Zikapanam (AIMP / Jams d'accueil). Afin de réaliser tous les projets évoqués ici, j'aimerais travailler en équipe avec d'autres bénévoles qui pourraient petit à petit prendre en autonomie.

N'hésitez pas à vous manifester. On en discute et on voit ce qui est possible de faire ensemble !

Giving your time in the service of others is rewarding especially when what you organize goes well and you get good feedback!

Many of Zikapanam's projects are currently looking for their organizer(s)!

The requirements to be an organizer:

  • Be a good communicator
  • Be organized and thorough
  • Be reliable
  • Have time and motivation

If you check all these points, we can grow together, take in competence, to satisfy the community.

Here are the needs in terms of volunteers:

  • Collective Leaders et Referrers
  • Concert party organizers
  • Jam organizers
  • Live streaming project on the internet (videographers, musicians, coordinator/organizer ... )

We are talking about volunteers and volunteers of the association Zikapanam

Notes: I confirm my determination to pursue these projects however if we want to be realistic, my action is limited in time and I am already very busy with the daily management of MIP and PJC and the projects I am in charge of within Zikapanam (AIMP / Jams of welcome). In order to realize all the projects mentioned here, I would like to work in a team with other volunteers who could gradually become more independent.
