Description : Pourquoi 700 membres discord pour "seulement" une centaine de cotisants ...

Ce résultat peut paraître étonnant mais pourtant il y a un tas d'explications, en voici quelques unes :

  • Certains se connectent sur nos Discords par pure curiosité sans lendemain.
  • D'autres sont rebutés par Discord ! Même si les plus motivés s'adaptent en quelques heures / jours.
  • D'autres sont rebutés par l'inscription (qui pourtant est gratuite) ! Il y a un petit document à lire "un document starter", quelques étapes à réaliser et certains sont refractaires à la lecture.
  • Il y en a qui finalement ne trouve pas l'énergie ou le temps de se mettre en contact avec des gens sur nos Discord
  • Enfin pour ceux qui participent à une activité en général ils sont conquis même si à cette étape ci, on en perd quand même un certain nombre (mais faible à mon avis)
  • Et enfin, il y a des gens qui sous estiment le travail de préparation des jams ou n'ont plus le temps ou la motivation nécessaire.
  • Certains ne trouvent pas de jams compatibles avec leur emploi du temps ou dans un lieu géographique qui leur convient et ne veulent pas se lancer dans l'organisation de jams.

Bref ... Ça fait beaucoup de raisons de passer à côté d'un divertissement et d'un passe-temps qui ravient la centaine de membres, des passionnés, de notre association !

Peut-être que toi lecteur, tu trouveras ton chemin jusqu'à nous et pourras te faire une place dans une ambiance sympa avec une bande de musiciens qui deviendront peut-être des ami(e)s !

Description: Why 700 discord members for "only" a hundred contributors ...

This result may seem astonishing, but yet there are a whole host of explanations, here are just a few:

  • Some people log on to our Discords out of pure curiosity with no tomorrow.
  • Others are put off by Discord! Even if the most motivated adapt within a few hours / days.
  • Others are put off by registration (even though it's free)! There's a small document to read "a starter document", a few steps to complete and some are resistant to reading.
  • There are some who finally can't find the energy or time to get in touch with people on our Discord.
  • Finally for those who participate in an activity in general they are won over even if at this stage we still lose a certain number (but small in my opinion)
  • And finally, there are some people who underestimate the work involved in preparing jams or no longer have the time or motivation required.
  • Some people can't find jams compatible with their schedule or in a geographical location that suits them, and don't want to get involved in organizing jams.

Bref ... That's a lot of reasons to miss out on an entertainment and hobby that delights the hundred or so members, enthusiasts, of our association!

Maybe you, the reader, will find your way to us and be able to make a place for yourself in a fun atmosphere with a bunch of musicians who might just become friends!
